Who runs the site

simaranov.ru is run and the services are provided by Alexander Andreevich Simaranov, registered self-employed professional in Russia (professional income tax payer).

“Simaranov” is a brand name. The six studios are lines of work, not separate companies. One contractor agrees the work with you and is responsible for it. If invited specialists work on a project, we bring them in ourselves and are responsible for the result.

How we agree, payment and receipts

  • A separate paper contract is not needed by default. Before work starts we agree the task, timing, price and number of revision rounds in our messages (Telegram or email). The agreement is made when you confirm our proposal in writing in those messages or pay the advance on it (Articles 434 and 438 of the Russian Civil Code).
  • If you need a written contract, for example for your company’s accounting, we will prepare and sign one.
  • Payment 50/50: half before we start, half on delivery.
  • For every payment, including the advance, we issue a receipt in the “Moy Nalog” tax app and send it to you (Article 14 of Federal Law No. 422-FZ). A company receipt shows its name and taxpayer number.
  • No VAT is charged: the contractor is self-employed without sole proprietor status and is not a VAT payer (Article 143 of the Russian Tax Code).

Prices on the site are not an offer

Prices and timings on the site are based on similar past projects and usually read “from”. They are a guide, not a public offer: the information on the site is an invitation to discuss the work (Article 437(1) of the Russian Civil Code). We give an exact price and timing after a short call and confirm them in our messages.

If you order as a private person

Your consumer rights under Russian law apply. For example, you can cancel the order at any time by paying for the work already done (Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law, Article 782 of the Civil Code).

Client work and other brands

The portfolio shows work made for clients, with their consent or within what we agreed with them. Rights in results handed over to clients belong to the clients.

Names, logos and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners. They are shown only to describe the work done. This is not advertising of their products and does not imply partnership or endorsement.

If you are a rights holder and do not want a work or mark on the site, email s.simaranov8@gmail.com. We will remove it within 3 working days.

Music

The site plays excerpts of tracks for preview. Without our permission they may not be downloaded, reposted or used in your own projects. Full versions and usage rights are provided by agreement.
