Consent to personal data processing

1. By sending a request through the form on simaranov.ru and ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data”, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the operator, Alexander Andreevich Simaranov, Russian taxpayer number (INN) 500345602426, registered self-employed professional in Russia (professional income tax payer), contacts: email s.simaranov8@gmail.com, Telegram t.me/s1rne, phone +7 968 093-07-00, to process my personal data on the terms below (Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”).
2. Purposes: to consider my request and reply to it; to discuss the task, timing and price and agree on the work; to understand where requests come from, using campaign tags and the referring site, in order to improve the site.
3. Data: name; contact (Telegram, email address or phone number); task description and anything else I put in the request; chosen studios, deadline and budget; site page and language; campaign tags (UTM) and the domain of the site I came from; date and time of the request.
4. Operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and amendment, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, erasure, destruction. Method: mixed processing with transfer over the internet.
5. The data is recorded and stored on a server in Russia.
6. Term: from the moment I tick the box until the purposes are met, but no longer than 6 months after the last message if we do not agree on work. The site server keeps the request for 90 days. If we agree on work, further processing is for doing it (Article 6(1)(5) of the Law).
7. I may withdraw consent at any time by emailing s.simaranov8@gmail.com or messaging t.me/s1rne on Telegram. The operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days unless there is another lawful basis (Article 9(2) and Article 21(5) of the Law), such as work we agreed on after this request.
8. Consent is recorded: the date and time of the request and the edition of this document are stored with the request.
9. I confirm that I am 18 or older or act with a legal guardian’s knowledge, and that I am giving my own data or data I am entitled to share.

If you send the request text yourself via Telegram or email, or call us, the data does not go through the site and the box is not needed. We process your message to reply and agree on the work (Article 6(1)(5) of the Law), on the terms of the Privacy policy.
